Team Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

The team supervisor is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the service including staff management and record keeping.

The team supervisor is to lead the shift ensuring service users receive the highest standards of care and support whilst adhering to Independence Homes’ policies and procedures and ensuring requirements of the Care Quality Commission are met.    Ensuring service users are treated with respect, dignity and in a way that enables and promotes their independence as individuals.

Deputy Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Deputy Manager is responsible for the safe operation of their assigned service/s.  Responsible for managing a staff team of team supervisors and support workers.

Ensuring the service operates at full CQC compliance, whilst ensuring the service users receive the care and support at an individual level, as set out in their Person Centered Plan (PCP). Ensuring service users are treated with respect, dignity and in a way that enables and promotes their independence as individuals, in line with Independence Homes values.

Service Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Support Worker

JOB SUMMARY

To provide Service Users with the highest standards of care and support. Ensuring they are always treated with respect, dignity and in a way that enables and promotes their independence as individuals.  Ensuring Independence Homes’ policies and procedures are adhered to and requirements of the Care Quality Commission are met.

Support Workers will also be responsible for ensuring service users’ needs are met through ad-hoc shift leading and mentoring less experienced employees through on-the-job training.

Driver Support

JOB SUMMARY

To provide Service Users with the highest standards of care and support. Ensuring they are always treated with respect, dignity and in a way that enables and promotes their independence as individuals.  Ensuring Independence Homes’ policies and procedures are adhered to and requirements of the Care Quality Commission are met.

▪ To assist with the transportation of our service users for all  service/locations.
▪ To support service users to be able to participate fully in community activities.
▪ To escort service users to those activities.
▪ To work as part of the staff team within a home when driving is not required.

You will be expected to demonstrate flexibility on hours, availability and location.
