The safety of each of our service users is totally paramount. This doesn't mean we wrap people up in cotton wool. We support people to achieve what they can, and we challenge them to accomplish more and to do it safely.

Service Users can endure frequent seizures, and can react differently, both physically and emotionally. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the frequency of seizures, but in the event of a seizure our staff are trained to manage seizures reliably and efficiently.

As our services are occupied 24/7 with waking staff we are always there to help in the event of a seizure. When service users are in the privacy of the own rooms we can be alerted using a combination of safety systems. All our alarm systems are implemented and customised to the specific service user's needs.

We currently have a variety of interconnected safety systems available to all service users. Please check back soon for more information on the different types.
